Hermann Gerzabek is a Divisional Manager in Coppel, in charge of buyers, especially interior decoration and decorating within stores. He prefers native speakers, in-person classes. He was difficult to move intro a traditional classroom environment. He is the first talking and ha a high level of fluency, B1 if not B2 in fluency. The issue in incorporating complex structures and increasing his vocabulary range and also using his language in diverse contexts. He’s very good at expository conversations but said he really faces challenges. He’s going in transition into a different context and it’s something he doesn’t really like to face that much, so he needs to make a push to do that. It’s also pushing him to reengineer his classes and to adapt to other circumstances.
